The ninth gallery showcases the constituencies of Rajasthan and the electoral system of the state legislative assembly.
The 33 districts of Rajasthan have been divided into 200 constituencies where people elect a representative from their respective constituency. The elected representative becomes a Member of the Legislative Assembly or MLA and MLAs from all 200 constituencies elect the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. Out of 200 constituencies, 34 are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled castes while 25 are reserved for Scheduled tribes candidates.
