The second Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Cadambi Sheshachar Venkatachari was an able administrator and an efficient diplomat. Before being sworn in as the CM, he served in the Civil Services and was also entrusted with the responsibilities of the Diwan (Prime Minister) of Jodhpur and Bikaner princely states.
