Members of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly/Members of Parliament.
Any person who is serving as a member or who becomes a member after the implementation of the memorandum/bye-laws or has been a member of the Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan shall be eligible for a life membership of the club.
Any person who is serving as a member or who becomes a member after the implementation of the memorandum/bye laws or has been a member Parliament of India (Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha), representing the State of Rajasthan shall be eligible for a life membership of the club.
A Life Member under this category shall be required to pay one time membership fee to become the member of the club which shall be decided and revised from time to time by the Governing Council.
The membership fees for life membership have been fixed at ₹ 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.
A Life Member shall cease to be a member in accordance with the clauses of the memorandum/bye laws.
Up to two family members (FATHER, MOTHER, SON, DAUGHTER and SPOUSE) of the Life Member shall be eligible to become General Member of the club, on payment of membership fees of ₹1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.

Following shall be eligible for General Membership: -

Category I
All the past & present Indian Civil Services (equivalent to the pay scale of Special Secretary & above)/ Judges of High Courts/ Supreme Court/ District Judge (selection scale) of Rajasthan Cadre/Posted in Rajasthan and Vice Chancellor of any recognized institution of Rajasthan may be admitted as member on payment of one time membership fee of ₹ 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty thousand Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.
Category II
A person who is or has been in services of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Secretariat, equivalent and above to the post of Deputy Secretary shall be required to pay an one time membership fee of ₹ 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.
Category III
An eminent person of the society connected with or interested in the field of politics, public affairs, administration, literature, fine arts, journalism, accounts, finance, sports, law, science, natural sciences, medicine, business and industry. Such a person shall be required to pay an one time membership fee of ₹ 7,00,000 (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.
Category IV
A person who has been associated with the idea of this club, and worked to bring this club to the present state shall be included as members of the club. Such person may include persons/officers from the Rajasthan Housing Board and Jaipur Development Authority, etc. may be admitted as general member of the club, subject to the approval of the Governing Council.
Such person shall be required to pay an one time membership fee of ₹ 1,25,000 (Rupees One Lakhs Twenty Five thousand Only) and an annual subscription of ₹ 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) + 18% GST Extra.
Any such person should apply for the membership before 30/06/2024 failing which he shall stand ineligible.
